I don't want you to feel obligated or pressured into making a donation to me but I can't lie, it would be rather lovely of you if you did. 🥰

The month to month costs of running this site and creating the Study Guides and Transcriptions adds up pretty quickly; then there's the cost of licenses for the software I use to create the tabs and the plugins for the site and the literal hours/days/weeks spent creating, editing, re-editing compiling and styling them to make them available for you, for free. 👍🏽

If I were doing this work full-time for a publishing house it would be a pretty tidy salary but this is a labour of love; a love letter to the music that we all love; to the musicians who created it all and to all of you, my fellow Bassplayers, who have been so poorly served by sheet music and online Tabs over the years.

I created this site as a learning resource, not an income stream for me, as somewhere you can explore and Study Riffs and Songs, read essays and opinion pieces examining the minutiae of those Riffs and the techniques involved; a place where we you can learn some useful theory to help improve your playing.

I have no absolutely no illusions about getting rich quick by crafting Bass Tabs for obscure 1980's death metal bands! I just want to make them available for anyone, like me, who plays Bass and wants to learn them (especially given how few of them you'll ever find in the stores...)

If you want to use the site and it's resources anonymously, like some kind of Bass ninja, then that's perfectly fine; fill your boots. The Study Guides and Essays are there so please help yourself.

However, if you're of a generous mood and fancy making the heart of a grizzled old Bassist flutter with gratitude because you've found a something that you've been after for the longest time or you've found one of mine that's "right" where you've been struggling using other versions, then perhaps think about buying me a coffee? 👍🏽☕️

A lot of these Study Guides are created while I'm sat in coffee shops or up into the small hours so you may literally be buying me a coffee (nothing fancy, maybe an ocassional Flat White...)

At present you have 2 options: PayPal and BuyMeACoffee. Paypal has 3 options and a "pay what you like"option and BuyMeACoffee has the option to buy me 1, 3, 5 or however many coffees you want at $5.00 a coffee. 

The Study Guides are Educational Tools for your Personal Use as players, teachers and students of the Deep End, no matter what level you're at. 

I hope that you get something out of the Guides and that you may choose to donate something, no matter how small; a show of appreciation for the love and work I put into the Guides and the Deep Dives and the site itself is appreciated from the bottom of my heart.
