Pink Floyd
The dark side of the moon
This is a seminal album in the pantheon of Rock. It covers a host of genres from Psychadelic through Soul, a dash of Reggae, Experimental, Progressive and more.
The lads in the band are superb musicians in their own right but when assembled as Pink Floyd you're presented with some truly impressive work. The theory here, which I'm sure they do understand, especially Rick Wright on the keys, is often quite spicy and I've done what I can to make the tabs as clean and readable as possible by using diatonics and modes.
Enjoy.

The main riff of this track is most often transcribed as being in 7/4. I hear and feel it in 7/8 though and, in an interview back in the day, so did the band.
I know a lot or people will have an issue with this but 7/8 feels right because the quarternote pulse underneath it is VERY long and slow and you get two rounds of the riff before you get back to the 1 of the 7/4 quaters... Let the arguments begin!!
Enjoy.

The tempo marked on this song is there as an "average". This song has a loose, improvisational, live session feel to it so there's a sort of push and pull to the tempo flow that would make for a very cluttered score.
The song is in a D Dorian Mode (D-E-F-G-A-B-C) giving it a wistful, melancholic yet still Major feel before it modulates to D Phrygian (D-Eb-F-G-A-Bb-C) in the outro, taking on a much more fatalistic, resigned sounding minor tonality.
Enjoy.
