The tempos can vary quite dramatically on this record. Some changes feel very deliberate while others feel like they're just a product of the process and equipment used in the recording of the album. 

Where possible I've tried to "smooth" out some of the more "tempo slip" type of changes. This does result in what look like some rather substantial jumps up and down. They're quite jarring in isolation but in the context of the mix, they're not overly perceptible.
